Ken is always protecting the brand he built by making sure the client is always the central focus. He is the main face of the company and is active everyday on the front line with his spectacular team. Ken meets clients at local home shows and festivals, presents his company's benefits and installation procedures by visiting prospective clients at their homes, and says “hello" to RCR's clients during their installation.

Travis wears many hats including meeting with prospective clients, managing client relations, and helping identify new openings for brand development. Equipped with customer service experience, a firm grasp of marketing and graphic design and an entrepreneurial spirit; Travis is considered an integral part of the team.

Don plays a vital role in fulfilling the RCR mission by helping to shape how the general public perceive and engage with the organization. Don's inate traits of a meticulous nature and a drive for greatness continuously strengthen his small business' image. He believes growing organically is the key to success. As one of the most energetic and passionate people in the remodeling industry, you will see him at local shows and presentating his services in client's homes.

Chris' high business acumen, grasp of all things finance and great sense of humor have been key components in Red Carpet Remodeling's success.

Valerie keeps all the men at Red Carpet in line and, more importantly, always keeps its clients in the loop. As the follow up manager, she stays in contact with our clients to make sure RCR builds long term relationships. Valerie has a professional, calm demeanor and is available to lend a hand if our clients have questions or concerns.

Oscar's experience includes staying warm by the fire, napping and giving kisses to his family (The Lindners) and friends. We chose Oscar as our mascot because... LOOK. AT. THAT. FACE!!!
• Oscar enjoys the finer things in life. After being outside in the cold, he heads straight to the floor vent to warm up
• He also enjoys relaxing on the couch and will bark if someone is sitting in his spot
• Oscar hops like a rabbit when he wants to play
