A Towson University graduate with a degree in Marketing, he blends business know-how with hands-on expertise to deliver smooth, high-quality projects. Since moving to Olney in 2010, Ken has been an active neighbor, youth sports coach, husband, and proud dad to two teenage daughters. For Ken, remodeling is about more than construction — it’s about creating lasting value for the community he calls home.

Naomi Lawrence

Operations Manager & Client Liaison

An Olney native, Naomi brings heart and expertise to Red Carpet Remodeling, shaped by seven years on an award-winning federal contracting team where she refined her skills in operations, strategy, and client relations. With a bachelor’s in Public Relations and a master’s in Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina, she combines professional structure with thoughtful communication. Inspired by a lifelong passion for home design and renovation, Naomi left the traditional 9–5 to merge her love for remodeling with exceptional client experiences. Outside of work, she’s a second-degree black belt in taekwondo and a proud dog mom to a rescue Pitbull, dedicated to making every client feel like part of the Red Carpet family.
